Ferrard Court, The Twenties, Drogheda comprises County Louth’s first ever cost rental homes. Tuath in collaboration with CFS Homes Limited and Louth County Council delivered 34 Cost Rental Homes in October 2023.  These 34 quality A rated Cost Rental homes form part of the larger Ferrard Park Development.  The unit breakdown comprised of 26 no. 2 bed homes and 8 no. 3 bed duplex homes, arranged within a three-storey conventional design complex, and set in an attractive cul de sac estate setting, with excellent car parking facilities and open amenity green community areas.
